Hamlin Manor

Only been here a few day and absolutely love it! The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Very pet friendly both dogs and cats. Erin the apartment manager is super friendly, and if you have bad credit she will work with you. She helped me and my family when we were ready to quit. Erin was super helpful with the application and move in process. Definitely would recommend this place.

Hamlin manor was my saving grace when I first moved out in 2018. I was in a very messy situation and I finally found a community that supported my very first move out journey on my own and not with roommates. The apartment manager was always so kind and tried to help me as I figured things out, the neighbors became like family to me. If you are looking for a good first apartment to get on your feet, I suggest Hamlin Manor. I spent years there and had to move away due to a loss in my family but I plan on returning within the year! Ashley really tries her hardest to get things done for you and after living in other apartments I have never had an apartment manager be so great at communication, getting things done as fast as possible, and also try to be personal and welcoming!

I like living here, It's walking distance from the library, a grocery store, a bowling alley and a bunch of cool thrift stores. The Maintenance is polite, respectful, curteous and goes above and beyond to help tenants. The neigbors are polite, quite and respectful. It's a very nice family environment. The manager is attentitive and very helpful. Dogs and cats are allowed to live here, which is nice because there are so many animals that need a good home.

You definitely get what you pay for with these units. Paper thin walls you can hear your neighbor sneeze, neighbor's flushing toilet will scald you in the shower, loud neighborhood with screaming kids in the complex and from the daycare right next door. Management is impossible to get a response from (I'm guessing the positive reviews are from friends) and maintenance requests can take months to be addressed if they're ever addressed some of mine were closed without response. And don't dare have an emergency on the weekend. All that and they fraudulently changed me cleaning fees that are probably illegal gutting my security deposit. Avoid this complex and avoid c&r management entirely.

Best experience I’ve had. Ashley went above and beyond what I had hoped for. Very thorough and accommodating! Quiet, spacious rooms that are well kept. Regular bus stops out front.
