Greenbrier Townhouses

I’ve called Greenbrier home for more than 10 years. It’s not a huge corporate complex, just a few dozen units. It may look a little bit outdated compared to bigger complexes, but the units are spacious and everyone here appreciate peace & quiet and no upstairs neighbors which is huge for me. Despite the proximity to McLoughlin and the Trolly Trail we almost never have any issues & neighbors in the houses around are generally very respectful. The property’s managers, Keith and Sherry, have been here way longer than me and they live on-site, this was a new experience for me back in the day but its actually great because changes to our small community are just as important to them as us residents.

We lived there years ago. Keith and Sherry became our good friends, not just our landlords. They are amazing people, and shouldn't be taken for granted. Ever. Anyone would be lucky to find and live in this lovely little community.

Lived at this property a few times over the years and also at another property that was managed by the same staff. I never had any issues, felt they were responsive to my questions and maintenance needs. I also appreciated the knowledge level with the Maintenance person who was always willing to take a few extra minutes and either explain what he was doing or even add a few small things that weren't on the work requests. On top of that I was also given my full deposit back when I probably shouldn't have gotten it all back. I feel like if you're kind with the management that they will very more than kind with you. Great quite place,only the car dealership across the street is a nuisance. Managers Kieth and Sherry have been my Managers for almost too decades, here presently and a few other properties, They know how to keep the peace and very friendly. Greenbrier could use a modern update.

Although I have not lived here, my daughter set an appt between 3:30-4 to view a townhome today. When we arrived at 3:40 the office had a sign that read closed for everything. My daughter called the number she originally called to set the appt and got voicemail. We walked around for about 10 minutes, didn't see a sole. Our time is important too but I guess not to this place. They had my daughter's number and could have called us to reschedule. Complete waste of time for my daughter, her best friend and myself who all had to take time off to do make this appt.
