Whitney Apartments

This is my new lease in Whitney apartment, my refrigerator is looks like it almost broken. I said in lease office all things still pending no one came to check or fix things. The damage product makes you to think before coming here, how this Whitney apartment meant. Here is one crazy thing guys NO Proper Electricity in my rooms, lot of loose switches, almost a 7days done. Every day we calls and goes to lease office regards these, they say Oka we will do. I’m trying to the management or supervisor of these apartments. Please take care about these things. who is trying to come Whitney please stop. Because a a lot of cockroaches here, No proper maintenances & No facilities. A lot worst things are here. This my 7 days experience in Whitney apartments. If I get an option, I’m ready to break lea

I have lived here for more than 5 years. I love the location and the easy access to neighborhood chain stores and interstate 95. Quick response to maintenance and emergencies. A Friendly office personal. I feel safe and above all the quietness on my balcony after a long day at work.

I recently had a terrible experience at these apartments. There is no proper maintenance, and management doesn’t respond, even in emergencies. The units are infested with roaches, and the interior quality is extremely poor. If you’re a newcomer considering moving here, I strongly advise you to change your mind. The apartments look big and impressive from the outside, but it’s all a scam inside. On top of that, the electricity bills are unusually high, which makes me suspect something shady might be going on. Overall, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Wonderful place to call home. Been living here for the better part of 5 years, and can't say enough about the wonderful people who work here. Jenna always responds quickly and is very helpful with any inquiries I may have. The amenities are great, and being pet friendly is a huge plus! The apartment is updated and is very modern, just my taste. I highly recommend Whitney Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Fantastic place to live. We’ve been here for almost six years and love it! Staff and maintenance are awesome! Highly recommend! Pool, tennis courts, gym what else could you ask for?
