I love Joanne she was really helpful in my move, I love that she’s easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to help make the move easy, I had a few things that needed maintenance to handle and they came right out and fixed them. My only issue was the hallway does not match the apartment, there apartments are lovely yet the hallways here really need the rugs replaced with new flooring but was assured that they would be doing that shortly ,I understand the complex can’t help what other people do or how they live but I was really not happy with the way the hall looked especially it’s the first thing visitors and family see when coming into the building. If I could give zero stars, I would. The office staff here is extremely rude and unhelpful. I want to share two specific experiences that explain why I strongly recommend avoiding this complex. First, management claimed they sent out an email notifying residents that maintenance would be entering units to replace shower heads and the light above the oven. We never received that email. One morning, I woke up, not dressed, and walked out with my baby to find three maintenance workers entering our apartment. I immediately told them to leave, but it took three firm demands before they finally stepped outside. Was late for my appointment yet Joanne was very kind and still allowed me to view the apartment. She was very pleasant and informative on the application process. I submitted my application and she called me today to tell me everything was approved. I can’t speak on the property since I’m not a resident yet but from driving around the area the complex seems quiet and within driving distance of anything you can think of. My interaction with Joanne is the reason I am confident in this move. If a property has good employees it says volumes about the residence and Joanne’s professionalism speaks volumes.

I do not recommend the apartment complex to anyone that is expecting a decent place to live. The amount you pay only to have trash all around and outside the building, dirty laundry rooms, horrible support when things need to be fixed, and management that does not fix issues in a timely manner. The area is nice but if you can afford somewhere else; pick that option. It’s not worth it. I moved in on the Jan 23, on the 24th I was told the bathroom heater base would be updated it may take time because of covid. Not only is the property manager rude but told me I had to pay for it! It’s not worth the money.

Every interaction I have had with the leasing office or maintenance has been amazing the other day when it snowed I lost my wallet and Gama found it and brought it to me the next morning thank you so much Gama I really appreciate it
