Naamans Village Apartments

Staff (Justin) was professional, helpful, and answered all our questions along the approval and move-in process. Apartment is nice and everything works as expected. I think we’re going to enjoy living here!

My mom and I have been living at Naaman’s for a month now. We love our apartment. It’s very nice, spacious and roomy🤗👍 the management team is pretty nice as well!.

Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. April, the sales specialist, was incredibly patient and supportive while helping us search through multiple units until we found our next home. When it came time to move in, Claudia was very helpful in making the transition smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate both April and Claudia for their guidance and support throughout the process!

This was my first apartment after moving to Delaware and I was not sure what to expect. But Naaman Village has met all my expectations. Maintenance is completed within a few days after a work order is put in, buildings are in good condition, hallways are always clean, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Claudia and Justin are always pleasant people to talk to! I have absolutely no complaints from my time here. I would totally recommend to anyone!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I used to stay in 773-12, the staffs are very helpful and maintenance guys are very good... apartment is well maintained. Overall I enjoyed staying here.
