Harbor House Apartments

I have lived here for over 8 years, and this community has truly felt like home. The staff is always kind, caring, and quick to help whenever I needed them. The maintenance team is excellent, even after hours, and I can always count on them to respond quickly and with a smile. The office staff goes above and beyond. They have supported me through difficult times in ways I’ll never forget, even offering to pray with me when I needed comfort most. Their compassion and dedication make all the difference. I’m so grateful for the wonderful people who keep this community running and truly care about the residents.

Been a resident here for three years now. In the time I've been here my rent has been increased very little. Continues to be very affordable, especially compared to PA rental prices. Maintenance has been quick to address my concerns. Pest control has been fine, no major issues there. The community there is friendly and my family feels safe there. Would recommend Harbor House to others.

Didn’t even want to give them a star at all! The customer service so below average that they literally have teenagers running the leasing office. They don’t adhere to business hours and always are unavailable! Led me on for two week with no communication wether apartment or funds went through! After multiple trips back and forth and no phone answering they finally appeared just to tell me I had no rental history! For four weeks they led me and family on just to be unclear about information regarding applications. Please don’t apply to these houses it is extremely in your best interest to find other housing these people cannot conduct business practices right and are not straightforward.

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! mice are 100% present and even after communicating the issue to the "manager" Karla Ortega multiple times, nothing gets ever done. After quite a few encounters with Ms. Ortega I can tell you professionalism is something she truly lack. Not only is she unprofessional, i found her to be rude, offensive and extremely condescending. And every time, we request to speak to a superior, she denies the request. I'm sure Ms. Ortega supervisor is unaware of her unkind attitude being this the reason why lot of long time tenants have moved out and the apartments are failing to be leased. My advise to anyone who is thinking about moving into Harbor house is DON't DO IT! you will regret it.

Delightful place to live The location of the property is very convenient to shopping and major points of highway. The property is very clean and neighborhood is multicultural. If you're looking for a beautiful place to reside harbor house is definitely. Glad to be a resident here.
