Westwood Village

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Westwood Village Apartments in Rosenberg! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere truly feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. The grounds are kept up nicely, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. I especially want to highlight Erika — she is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. From the first interaction, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I came to tour the property and Erika was truly amazing. The property is kept up and the amenities are great! She is very knowledgeable, honest, respectful, has lots of patience. She's really a breath of fresh air. It's nothing she didn't know or couldn't help me with. I'm glad I got a chance to work with her. If I had to do it all over again I choose Erika a thousand times. These by far are the best apartments I’ve been to. Erika and her team are super friendly and was such a nice environment. I felt super duper welcome from the jump, I had like a million of questions and Ericka was able to answer every single one of them. If someone were to ask for recommendations I’d recommend For sure!

Absolutely had the best experience with the leasing office. Francesca was super lovely and friendly and was very helpful. The property is very well maintained and beautiful! I am excited to be moving here.
