The Verge at Summer Park

I'm very pleased with the help that I received on Saturday from Nicole who works in the front office. I had been on an apartment hunt for 3 days and when I discovered the verge, Nicole answered and she helped me with every question I had, from finding me something within my budget and completely explaining to me the process that will be needed for the application. Again, this was Saturday so she was very busy but she still was extremely patient with every question and concern I had. She showed me a unit that I will be renting even though she was super busy, she took her time and allowed me to not feel rushed. I really like the apartment complex, the lake behind it, and the actual inside of the apartments. They all have great layouts with granite countertops and new appliances. She show

I’ve been living here for almost a year. The community is nice, quiet, very clean, and I fortunately live on the side (near the dumpster) that doesn’t have parking issues. The manager, Chloe, is great. She’s always responsive and very helpful anytime I’ve reached out for anything. The other staff, no idea, I don’t really interact with them. However, this apartment complex has a HUGE pest problem….specifically ants and spiders. You will come across at least half a dozen spiders a day and DOZENS of ants that crawl through the floor boards and other small crevices and corners that were not properly caulked during construction. They’ll tell you to put in a request for pest control, pest control will come, give you instructions to make sure they don’t come back, but the ants ALWAYS come back.

I would give 5 stars but the spiders man…. There are spiders EVERYWHERE. No matter how many times I put vinegar/bleach/lavender or mint. They keep coming back. And I can’t even say management doesn’t try because they do power wash everything. The apartment itself is nice and somewhat quiet. Idk if they rent out apartments as Airbnb here but my upstairs are horrible! It’s 24/7 late at 2am or even 7am. I stay in a one bedroom-idk how the person above me is making so much freaking noise. Also the parking is a nightmare… do not expect a spot after 5pm and even that’s being generous. I don’t have much to say about the staff…they do their job and they are friendly anytime I’ve walked in. Maintenance is also very good and fast. Thank you doing a late tour of the apartment complex. I really love the layout and amenities offer at these apartments most of all the lake view. I can say once I walk in I was greeted by Margarita and Nicole today very good customer service answered all my questions I like that Ms.Nicole take time out to let me the 2 bedroom 2-bathroom thank you so much for assisting in getting with application hopefully I can be a new member of this community and apartment complex at the Verge of the Summer Park.

This property has very poor customer service, These are not ethical buisness people at all. They leave the office early when you need them and use the mantience team to watch you and randomly go in your unit . Residents’ concerns are brushed off or taken lightly, and management shows no real ownership or accountability for the safety of the community. The fire house is also very noisy. The manger will avoid calls but harass you with passive aggressive messages. There have been multiple incidents of auto theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity here, yet there is no meaningful security in place to prevent it & the gates area always left open. Instead of being proactive and transparent, the front desk and management dismisses serious concerns and fail to take responsibility. I person
