Drive by shootings!!!! Avoid this place at all cost, save your money and go to a gated community where management cares about the safety of their residents.

Been here over a year; generally decent place to call home though there are definitely things to take note of and I wish they'd do something about. It doesn't seem like lease agreement is enforced and it's actually pretty much ignored like dogs being off their leashes and owners not picking up after their pets, dogs barking all hours of the day and night, cars being held up by jacks, cars with expired registration, people dumping furniture near the rubbish bins (which overflow constantly.) On a side note there's a lot of noise from the Guy Traylor Stadium during events and practice, the sound bounces off the acoustics caused by the building layout and is quite a lot of reverb. Plus the sound of overly loud bass heavy vehicles driving through the parking lot and from the main road gets REAL

Not fixed yet! There is a gap under the door and I can see light so air is going in and out

This is a decent place to live but I wish the rule of picking up after your pets would be enforced and monitored more closely.

Excellent service in the management office Jasmine and Selena are very professional they make me feel very comfortable like home.Apartments are in great shape clean like new from appliances to the bathroom including the service room outside.Great parking lot very accessible. I Highly recomend this apartments if you are looking for your new home.
