Dolce Living at Rosenberg Apartments

(’m a visitor) The parking for visitors or residents is very limited and if you do not register you WILL get towed. I parked in visitors but then forgot to register once I got upstairs. (The one time I forgot to do it) Over night my vehicle was towed. Also the resident i was visiting has had their car towed 3 times this month alone due to the change of policy with parking. I don’t feel like it’s the property’s fault but to make other people aware that tow does come every day and night and to be vigilant and cautious of their parking policies. Note to future and current residents or prospects

What a delightful nightmare this has been. My family and I made the *brilliant* decision to move here from Chicago during the pandemic, and at first, I thought I had hit the jackpot. But oh, how quickly the tides turned with poor management changes. When it was time to renew our lease, one of the staff—let’s call her “Miss Compassion”—assured my pregnant wife that we could go month-to-month as we anticipated needing a bigger place. What a comforting lie that was! Instead of informing us they had a potential tenant lined up, they went ahead and rented out our apartment without a second thought. I was very impressed with how smooth the renting process was at Dolce Living, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Iqra helped me every step of the way. My new apartment is beautiful. The complex is very up to date. The maintenance staff is also very quick to respond to work orders.

Everything was wonderful until we received the itemized deposit after the move out. The contract states that if the apartment is left clean (which it was) and there is no damage beyond "normal wear and tear" (which there wasn't) that you would get your deposit back. These folks are going to keep your deposit stating they had to "repaint" the whole apartment for what is barely a scuff mark. Don't count on getting your full deposit back even if you do your best to leave it clean and in good condition.

It is really good apartment , peaceful and god neighbors. I had checked the apartment and was little far from work but thanks to Iqra., She helped me very much and was really friendly. I was treated really well and I could reach out to her regarding any questions. Currently a resident here and My family loves this place, I love the place. Everything is really close by and going well.
