I purchased my home with Long Lake while I was stationed in Germany, and the best part of the experience was working with my Sales Counselor, Jessica Mesa. She was extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire process—before, during, and even after I took ownership of my new home. After I returned to Texas, Jessica encouraged me to do a second walkthrough of the house and report any issues I noticed. I did find a few minor items, and she made sure they were addressed immediately. Long Lake took the time to ensure everything was done right and promptly scheduled appointments to resolve those issues. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend doing business with Long Lake.
