Edit: No update on Saturday afternoon. Neighbors in the apartment down the hall STILL have trash in the hallway. Added more pictures of the parking lot. Broken glass. I did inform the office. But it’s just one person working for the holiday. Not sure how a dirty parking lot could be explained to potential residents. So this issue has been sent to management. No excuse for excessive trash. I was also told that the ROACH situation cannot be handled right away as the exterminator only visits every Wednesday. So I’ve been sleeping in my car. FYI, the tow truck likes to visit often at night to check for unauthorized license plates. Amazing what a person sees while living in their car!! This place is losing its’ appeal. I first moved into The Lofts in 2021 and just recently moved out. I loved living there. I loved the convenience on the drive to work and the apartment was amazing! When I had a work order, the team was on point with getting the service request done and done right! I always make sure I know the management team, but Ms. Gabriella Washington was the jewel throughout my time there! She helped me every time I needed assistance. She also has a very good rapport with the residents. Her main priority is taking care of your needs and helping you even when life throws you off course, a kind ear of support... Thank you so very much Gabby for being there for me and my family throughout our time at The Lofts! You are a very valuable asset to the company and the residents!!!!
When we first moved in, this apartment complex truly lived up to its “luxury” branding. The property was clean, staff were friendly, and any issues were followed up on in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, since the complex was sold to new management about a year to a year and a half ago, the quality of living here has gone downhill significantly. The biggest ongoing issue has been noise complaints. We have filed multiple complaints regarding loud upstairs neighbors, yet there has been no follow-up or resolution whatsoever. Communication in general has become a major problem. Management now uses an AI receptionist, and inquiries often go unanswered with no human follow-through. Cleanliness has also deteriorated badly. I want to take a moment to recognize our maintenance technician, Matthew. He is always personable, kind, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. You can tell he is a dedicated family man and an extremely hard worker who takes pride in what he does. Matthew responds quickly whenever there is an issue, and he always completes repairs with great care and attention to detail — the job is done right the first time. He treats every resident with respect, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to ensure our homes stay comfortable and safe. Our community is truly better because of the service he provides. This used to be a great place to live. Catering to the more upscale residents in the Town Center area. Unfortunately though, like most things, it didn’t last. The apartment complex was sold to another management company last year and it has been down hill ever since. The entry and exit gates rarely operate correctly, trash is left around the flower beds, walkways, and pet waste trash cans for days without being picked up. There is a constant smell of marijuana coming from the hallways and pool area, broken down vehicles in the lot, and the stairwells and walkways are filthy. The office staff is non responsive and if and when you have the luxury of actually speaking to them in person, they’re rather dismissive and lack empathy.
