I am writing to express my growing frustration with the lack of communication and responsiveness from management regarding my ongoing noise complaints about the family living above me. Over the past week, I have attempted to contact management approximately 25 times via phone calls, but my calls consistently go to voicemail without any return response. This neglect has left me feeling unheard and very stressed, particularly given the significant impact the noise is having on my mental health and well-being. I believe that timely communication is essential in addressing tenant concerns, and l urge you to take my complaints seriously. I would appreciate a prompt response to discuss this matter further. The manager here that goes by the name Ashley is a funny acting person and doesn’t take time to help you or listen to you at all. I personally do not feel like a person that puts their personal beliefs/biases/feelings into business should be in any position of authority. This kind of management is expected though because these apartments were never ran correctly and the last time we had decent management was the sweet lady Jasmine.

Jasmine was great. I was looking for an apartment the other day and she was very helpful. She answered all my questions and she was very knowledgeable about the apartments. She gave me several options and informed me how far it would be from my job. I really like when people go above and beyond to make finding an apartment easy. I appreciated her professionalism.

Who ever is the the manager is for these apartments, you need to be responsible and answer the phone. Please don't come to this place, you'll be so stressed out. No worth it

I recently moved to High Point in June of 2020. My experience with management, Jasmine Williams, has been great. Any issue that I may have had, they always respond promptly. The landlord provides amazing customer service, and also the maintenance team for the community goes above and beyond to fix any issues. The community is quiet and safe and I am glad to be apart of Westwood Heights!
