Northpoint at 68

I’ve had a great experience at Northpoint at 68 so far. Michael Lee and the entire team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made my move-in smooth and stress-free. Any maintenance items I had after move-in were fixed immediately, which really showed me they care about their residents and their property. I truly love my place and I’m excited to be here. I also can’t wait for pool season. Highly recommend Northpoint at 68 to anyone looking for a great community.

Worst experience ever — I’m glad I left. Before our official move-out date, we went to return the keys and double-check the apartment, only to find that management had entered the unit without notifying us, even though we still had possession of the keys, and had already started renovations. That alone was shocking and unprofessional. One of the main reasons we moved out was mold on the first floor. The apartment was extremely humid, and we were constantly getting sick while living there. Safety was another major issue. We received multiple warnings about people trying to break into cars. The gated community gate almost never closed, which made the entire place feel unsafe. Unfortunately, my vehicle was eventually robbed, which is unacceptable for a so-called gated community. I have been here for 3 months. I have been happy here. The staff has been very attentive with anything that might need to be done. Robbi, Micheal, & the whole staff have been excellent and courteous. Reading alot of reviews looking for an apartment I saw alot of places where people were displeased with management. But that is not the case here. There has not been any problems with security or feeling there was a threat. No police or any sign of trouble. It really has been a great experience. Highly recommend.

It’s been almost two months since I’ve moved here and this place is really chill. Robbie is amazing!!! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been blessed with such a home. She worked with me since day one trying to find the right spot for me. The other managers are direct and keep it real which I appreciate, bc my last several apartments complexes were anything but. I love the location of this place as itself snuggled between Gboro, Colfax, High Point and Oak Ridge, making it a prime spot for traveling and still staying under 20 mins from any location. I am happy I signed a 12 month lease bc I definitely want to stay here for as long as I can. Update: this place is amazing! The staff is so nice. I am very pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of the entire staff. Whenever I require maintenance, the issues are resolved promptly. I have truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this place to others. Mike has been exceptional, making me feel like part of the family, and I’ve also appreciated the community events.
