Parkwood Property Inspections

Primary house inspection was fine and the inspector was very thorough and answered all my questions. I ordered additional inspections of radon and HVAC, and they took FOREVER to be accomplished and reports provided. When I followed up, I kept getting "tomorrow" or "later this afternoon." I am now more than a week AFTER closing and I still do not have my HVAC report.

Parkwood is a great company, very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell their team loves providing quality service and excellent customer service. Would recommend!

We paid for a property inspection and a radon testing and was not provided the results within the time that was agreed-upon. I had to keep calling back asking for information on my radon results where it took my realtor reaching out to them consistently advising them that we were approaching a deadline date that they had to now rush the results. We were to get a refund, but we never got it.
