Jeff Mac Home Inspection

I am considering putting my home on the market within the next few months and needed a company that specializes in home inspections to inspect my home prior to my listing it. I reached out to several friends and realtors for recommendations and many of them recommended Jeff Mac Home Inspection Company. Had a very good experience with Jeff for a prepurchase inspection of a home. He was very thorough,knowledgable and very friendly.My inspection report was 40+ pages long and included pictures and descriptions of each individual issue that was wrong with the house. I would definately recommend his service to any future home buyer.

I hired Jeff to inspect a home I was planning on buying. After being in my home for less than a year I am finding out what a terrible inspection he did. We have had nothing but problems. Our roof and gutters have both had to be replaced. Both of these things he raved about being great. We have a flooding basement, and huge crack in the basement wall. The list of issues goes on and on of things that he said were fine and we now know are not. Being first time buyers we trusted his knowledge. Huge mistake. Sadly, we were asked to sign a document saying we would not hold him liable for anything he missed.
