Update 2/23/26: sleepless nights The neighbors above me are still bumping around after 12 am during the weekday waking both me and my daughter up. Sounding like they are about to fall through my ceiling. The maintenance man is still working on finding a solution to the loud noise the pipes are making which is also waking both my daughter and myself up. Been here two months and this has been by far one of the worse experience I have had in an apartment. Update: 1/30/26 I’m excited to say the office manager is awesome she’s working her butt off to get things in order here at this apt complex. I’m excited to say that my toilet has been replaced and my shower has been fixed as of last week. Maintenance has definitely stepped it up with responding to work orders faster. I've been living at Palladium for 3 yrs now and love it! The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and attentive. The property is always well maintained along with the pool & gym. The private movie theater, outside grills and park areas are an added plus. It is truly a great place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living here! Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, which is a huge plus. The staff is helpful and friendly. The community is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, making errands and dining out so easy. The amenities are well-maintained and meet all the essentials for comfortable living. Overall, it’s a great place to call Home!

I love living here. Super responsive admin, always professional. The maintenance crew is superb, they always make sure the lots are clean and the grounds are well maintained year round. During the hot months, the pool is super relaxing. Gym and mail room and emergency office space are very convenient.

I’ve had several friends who’ve lived here for a while and raved about it, and I finally took a tour of the facilities and totally understand what they are talking about! Definitely an ideal place to live in High Point with tremendous amenities, beautiful apartments and in close proximity to everything in High Point, plus nearby to Winston Salem and Greensboro. Anyone who moves to High Point should check this place out first!
