Deep River Pointe Apartments

I initially thought this property would be a great place to live, but my experience quickly became one of the worst I’ve ever had. After a new leasing office manager took over, rent was raised at every renewal with the explanation that first-floor tenants were essentially being pushed out. From that point on, I was repeatedly targeted and harassed over minor or fabricated issues. I was blamed for a trash incident that the manager personally handled herself, despite it not being my fault. I was then repeatedly threatened over my dog, with claims that I didn’t clean up after her, which is completely untrue. My dog is well-trained, and despite multiple complaints that people were “afraid” of her, she was actually the one attacked by a neighbor’s dog, an incident that was ignored because my d

Have had a great experience so far. Star was amazing helping us get in and James Dean has been great with the few minor mateinence needs we had. I would give living here 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure!!

My fiancé and I are moving to Deep River Pointe from out of state and we have had the pleasure of working with Star to finalize everything. She has been extremely helpful and has gone out of her way to make sure we are up-to-date and taken care of. We’re very grateful to have been able to work with Star!

We are so happy with our new place. Star was phenomenal in keeping us up to date with the specials and helping us get everything set up to move in. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. She even noted a few minor maintenance items to be addressed before we moved in. That was great because once we moved in, everything was done. The fixtures are high end for an apartment and the grounds are well maintained and it's just a very relaxing environment. It's so convenient to shopping; we walk most of the time. Thank you Deep River for providing such a wonderful, welcoming place for the residents! And they answer the phone when you call, unlike many other places.

I made my 5-yr old son decide which apartment to choose. We had other two in the list. He chose Deep River Pointe because when we came to visit, he saw there was a lake, and in it there were turtles and geese. Aside from that, it is near Southwest school which is a great one as per my readings. It’s been a week and we are truly enjoying and loving our stay. We got lucky because we got a room just beside the lake, so nice and cozy. All of our friends who saw our new place also made really good comments. I’d like to thank Kelly, she was really accommodating and very patient with us. Star, Angel, James and Mark are all readily available and very kind whenever we need anything. Thank you guys!!!🫶
