Eastchester Ridge Apartments

Update: I think I accidentally deleted my original review from 11/21 but my opinion has not changed…..this is a true community. I adore my neighbors and I feel at home here. If I have a maintenance need, it is always addressed promptly.. The office staff is fantastic. This is a wonderful place to live in every sense. Oh and the parking lot is so much nicer since it was paved and the lighting is good as well. Thank you!!.

First of all, on Monday 4/7/25 I knew that Kent, the maintenance guy, was coming to check out my AC unit on Monday ,but later that day, I saw two strange men going through my bedrooms and bathrooms, and I didn't know who they were and what they were doing in my apt. I stopped by the office after work, and the manager Kierston said they were vendors. I told her I would like to know when and who would be coming into my apt, so I wouldn't be freaking out about who is in my apt. She said they would have to come back Wednesday or Thursday to install a new ac system. She said she would call me to let me know what day they would be coming to fix the AC. Kiersten is the best!!! I was really excited to apply for these apartments. I sat in the parking lot of EastChester Ridge one day wanting to just get it over with, immediately after I applied, I walked into the leasing office to see if I could talk to someone about my application. I have been turned down so many times from different apartments because of an eviction that happened back in 2020 even though I had paperwork to show that everything was paid off. Kiersten immediately told me that it didn’t matter because it had been over two years. How satisfying that was!!! Kiersten was clearly the only person in the office that day, but despite this, she was willing to print out my application and review it with me. I really like living here. Maintenance always goes above and beyond, they are so friendly and awesome! They handle things quickly and efficiently. I don’t go to the front desk or call very often, but my experiences with them have been great as well. The neighbors that I have met are also friendly.

Ive been here for 11 months and The maintenance guys and groundskeeping continue to be excellent. They are nice, cordial and fast.They came to change my AC filter yesterday and check my detectors. On Saturday I found out that I had a toilet water leak. I called the office and put in a ticket but the maintenance guys never got it. When I told them about it, They actually came back to my place an hour later and fixed it. I thought that was AWESOME! Even though I won’t be renewing my lease, maintenance and the groundskeepers keep this place nice, with the exception of cobwebs on the staircases which have not been cleaned since I been here.
