Service was excellent, Kim Hayashi was our tour agent. She is very knowledgeable, very professional and polite. She really gave her best to ensure that we have the best choice available at the best price available. Apartments are beautiful and very well kept. If you happens to read my review and in the market for housing then I encourage you to ask for Kim she is wonderful. And… please tell her Alvin recommended her to you, thank you.

Kim and Stephanie are both amazing. Maintenance always came quick and got our issues taken care of in a timely manner. The 2 years we were there we enjoyed it. The only negative thing I can say is that the people living above us had no consideration with the stomping and office couldn’t do much about it. One of the main reasons we decided to move elsewhere was because of the constant stomping and sounding like they were going to come through the walls.

The atmosphere the location is perfect! Weston Ranch is a great place & we did however have some concerns about the apartment itself but they are daily checking to make sure our experience & stay is well worth the wait.

Good amenities, great office staff and excellent maintenance team that has always gone above and beyond to respond when needed. Never any pest problems either. Would definitely recommend if only for the maintenance team alone.

My mother is a resident and I’m so thankful for the staff but especially Kim. She was so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful to my mom. I believe she is a great asset to this complex. The grounds are clean, the location is great, and peaceful. This is exactly what she needed. Thank you Weston Ranch. Carter
