The Collier at Clift Farms

Relocated to Alabama from Illinois and moved in on 02/03/2026. Hot water is unreliable and only lukewarm on a good day. The staff member I worked with during the application process, Kristen, was initially pleasant and helpful. However, upon arrival, her demeanor changed immediately. She questioned me again about the number of occupants, even though a total of 4 people arrived for the move, myself included, and only 2 are listed on the lease. She also reprimanded my moving help for smoking outside, despite there being no posted signage anywhere on the property indicating that smoking is prohibited on the grounds. Shortly after these interactions, Kristen immediately offered to let me out of my lease, despite the fact that I had just incurred nearly $10,000 in relocation expenses to move

If you want to live somewhere where the staff actually cares about you as a person, move to the Collier ! Natalie has been the absolute best, going above and beyond and I cannot recommend her enough ! She’s amazing ! Not to mention, the Collier is in a perfect location, has beautiful floor plans, AND pickleball courts ! 😊

The staff is exceptional! Truly a gorgeous property with well worth it amenities. Kristin gave me very thorough information and addressed any lingering questions with the confidence I needed to be sure the Collier is the right decision. Also the tours are like going window shopping with a friend. Love that!

I relocated to the area. Had less than a month to find somewhere to live and no time to travel to check out properties. Sent messages to many, but the staff at The Collier were the only team to respond quickly. Natalie is dream to work with, she answered many questions and helped make my move to Alabama easy. My pup and I are loving our new place.. Thank you!

Natalie was super friendly and made the whole experience really easy and comfortable! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming and easy to talk to. She gave an awesome tour of the complex, answered all my questions without rushing, and just had a really genuine, helpful vibe. You can tell she actually cares and wants people to feel at home. It definitely made a big difference in how I saw the place!
