The location is absolutely beautiful, with a modern, upscale atmosphere that perfectly complements our brand. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, creating a professional environment that our clients love visiting. The management team has been exceptional — responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in supporting their tenants. It’s rare to find a space that offers both luxury and community, and The Dempsey truly delivers both. I’m so thankful to have Adore located here — it’s the perfect home for our studio and clients.

The Dempsey is a great community in Madison! I work at a different property but I lived here. I had the best experience! They have fun events, the maintenance staff is great, and the office staff truly cares for you! The time I lived here, over a year, I only had about 3 maintenance requests and they were very minor (smoke detector needed a battery). I was on the first floor and did not even have a pest problem which was a shocker! I could not recommend it more!

The Dempsey has been phenomenal. The apartments and amenities are top notch. I’ve loved staying here and wouldn’t recommend another complex in the area over them. Linda was so nice and made the decision so much easier. Kenna & Tori have been great as well! If you’re looking for a place to live then I highly suggest stopping by The Dempsey & asking for Linda!

The Dempsey is Top Tier Luxury. The environment is so clean and chic. The amenities are the best all around from the full equipped gym to the business oriented conference rooms. Amazing and down to earth stuff just tops everything off. I love it, I love it 🥰

Living here has been a great experience from start to finish. The leasing process was smooth, the staff has always been respectful and responsive, and maintenance is quick to take care of any issues. The grounds are well kept and the community is quiet and comfortable. It’s clear that management takes pride in keeping everything running well. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would absolutely recommend it to others.
