Windscape Apartment Homes

Approaching our year anniversary with Windscape Apartment Homes in Madison, Alabama, and can’t Love ❤️ it enough!! Love the privacy, Beautiful Apartment, surrounded by trees, but so close to everything we need. Grocery stores, Shopping, Dr. office and more. The apartment is spacious and the staff treats you like family and is always available if needed. They have activities and entertainment as well as all the amenities you could ask for. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Windscape!! Best decision we made 😍

I currently live here and have enjoyed living here thus far, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There's always some type of area improvement going on, I've also always had quick and complete responses to any issues that may have developed with the apartment. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The office staff; Amy, Brittany and Renee are always in the mix caring for your wellbeing and the enforcing property standards.

I stayed here for 6 months in 2024. At first, Windscape Apartments seemed great — the studio was nice and management was helpful in the beginning. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. When I started having cockroach and mouse issues, I was blamed and told that food in the kitchen was the cause. I am a very clean person I did not have these issues anywhere else ever. Management did not believe me about the mice at first, even though the problem was real and ongoing. I was a student intern with very few belongings, yet the mice tore apart my bags and personal items. At one point, no action was taken and I was forced to dispose of the mice myself, which was disgusting and made the apartment feel completely unclean and unsafe. Great experience staying at Windscape. I’ve been a resident since March 2004 and have been very happy here with the apartments and the community and especially the office staff who have been very helpful to anything i’ve needed and anything that needed fixed or addressed especially Brittney Ortiz she’s the best. I would def recommend these apartments to anybody looking for affordability, great location and you feel safe here and a great staff and maintenance guys.

I stayed with my sister for a couple of weeks and was impressed by how warm and welcoming the community is. The neighbors and office workers! It seemed like every time I turned around someone was saying hello or I was petting a friendly dog. Well, if I ever move back to Madison I will be renting at Windscape!
