The Station at Clift Farm

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars Moving into The Station at Clift Farm has been such a wonderful experience! This is my very first apartment, and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. The management team has been absolutely terrific from the very beginning. I toured and leased with Cara, and she was truly amazing. She made the entire process unforgettable patient, professional, and incredibly welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Denise for assisting during the process as well. Both of them helped make everything feel so easy, especially moving from nearly three hours away. From start to finish, I’ve felt right at home here, and I’m beyond grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommend!

I toured with Morgan and she was amazing. She was so helpful and spent a lot of time with me to help me. Carah also was super helpful when I called back and made sure I was good before she hung up with me. I love them! Edit: I moved in and I have loved it here. I have seen some of the reviews posted but have not had any of those experiences. The team was very upfront and helpful during my application and then through the lease. I also think the property is beautiful. I attached some pictures of what I’ve seen and I can say without a doubt I’m very happy here. And the view of the pool from my apartment is awesome! They said they were doing a pool cleaning and it’s already being refilled can’t wait to use it

I am so thankful to call The Station home! When I moved in I fresh college graduate and moving out of my parents home. The staff made the process so easy! Anytime I have a question they are quick to help and make sure I’m taken care of. The maintenance guys are awesome! I put in a request at 8am and they were knocking on my door by 10! They are super friendly too even introduced them selves to my dog so she would be calm! Now every time we see them around the complex she wants to go say hi to them. There are lots of dog owners too and all of them are responsible dog owners, dogs are always on a leash so we’ve never had any problems. I ALWAYS feel safe here.
