3 star for the property itself. Aolani is my main source of contact she is wonderful 5* for her. She’s always accessible and helpful when needed. The neighborhood is quiet so I have no complaints there. The apartment itself is a fixer upper as it does/did have bugs. I did my own pest control and had pest control come by and haven’t seen anything since. Maintenance is terrible within the first month a pipe bursted and it seemed like they were in no rush to get it fixed I nor my daughter couldn’t bathe for 3 days. They immediately got it fixed after I had the city bring a code compliance officer to my apartment and my lawyer advised me to start recording I still don’t think they did anything about the possibility of mold build up. As for amenities I think it’s absurd to have to pay 25 extra

Living here has been a frustrating experience due to the complete lack of proper maintenance. The maintenance team is incredibly incompetent, requests take forever to be addressed (if they’re addressed at all), and when they are, the work is often rushed or poorly done. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews they’re misleading. Many of them are written by people who work in the office, and the complex even offers gift cards to residents in exchange for writing good reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know. The ponds on the property are in awful condition, filthy, full of algae, and clearly neglected. They smell horrible. On hot days, the stench is overwhelming and makes it hard to enjoy being outside. Really really unprofessional complex. I haven’t even been here 3 months and I’m constantly having to call maintenance for roaches, bugs, horrible plumbing, sewage line backing up 2 times in less than 3 weeks and horrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone and they just treat us like ATM machines. The laundry rooms are disgusting and never cleaned, we have to pay a stupid pest control fee and they never are seen. Hot water is always getting cut off out of no where and nobody is even notified. I really do recommend you to read these reviews and be careful on bringing your family here because they are only looking to get paid.

First let me say Maria in maintenance is great she definitely is always willing to help with my maintenance concerns. The maintenance men themselves will come quick but its just patch up work. Now for the most important things these apartment have many roaches and I am not talking about house roaches not to mention there are now rats in the wall and ceiling. The company that they use for pets control is a joke. Oh and don't even think your going to get rest if you live on the ground floor . My upstairs neighbor girlfriend runs through the apartment like she is on a playground. Did I mention she is not on the lease ,so feel feel to get a apartment here and move whoever you like in. These apartments are very spacious.. let me just start there, but for the most part you have to share your space with the roaches and rats. These apartments are very old and there are alot of holes in the roofing, cracks in the wall & ceiling which gives rodents and all their friends easy access to your apartment, with tht being said all management wants to do is send pest control to your unit every other week and NOT fix the issue, my advice to anyone moving in, save your money and move somewhere else🤷🏾‍♀️
