Park Place Apartments

These apartments are a little older but kept up well I stayed here for a year and it was good..they are quiet apartment's. No issues maintenance requests are handle very quickly even on the weekend ...the neighbors are friendly and speak..very nice...I will say that most of the people that stay here are a little bit older in age but are still very understanding to the younger generation....I did enjoy my Stay here..no bugs very well kept complex...the office manager, chell was very pleasan, she was kind,as well as compassionate,as well as easy to talk to,and calm never rude or disrespectful as i have dealt with apartments managers in the past that were that way...the apartment i had was affordable and a nice size .recent review moving out in December 2025 ...I would definitely recommend

I love living here. I lived here years ago, moved, and when it was time to move again I thought of Park Place first. Old management back then, and new (newer) management now. The grounds are clean, grass and trees taken care of very well, maintenance is fast and prompt, new pickleball court and dog park, very affordable pricing (compared to most other places), and Chell (apartment manager) is extremely pleasant to talk to and is on top of her job. This place is home.

Very nice and welcoming complex! The property is very clean and apartments are well managed. Chill the property manager was very helpful and welcoming throughout my move in process! Definitely recommend if looking for an affordable clean apartment complex.

Such an amazing place to live at, the manager Chell is so nice and staff here gets the things done in no time! Juan is the maintenance guy that maintains this place spotless!

I have been here one week with my boyfriend, and we are loving it. Chell was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable. She really sold our experience, we were previously calling around and only one other apartment answered the phone. We loved the unit, we have a one bedroom, and we could tell it was professionally cleaned. Everything was spotless except the floor cause I assume people were touring the unit. Nothing was left untouched. You can tell they dont just paint over stuff to “fix” it. We havent had a single problem yet, except the window locks would not lock, the next day Juan immediately came and fixed them. The property is small and clean and quiet. Theres always parking available. I look forward to living here !
