The ONLY reason I gave you 1 star - because there is NOT enough NEGATIVE stars to give. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you are looking at any property with this Leasing Agency - KEEP LOOKING for something else. They do NOT respond to work request. My daughter had to move ASAP (within a month and half of lease ending) due to Domestic Violence and this company kept giving the run around and false information and then filed an eviction notice. Denise - I pray to GOD nothing like this ever happens to one of your family members. It took nearly 3 months to get a key for the mailbox and NEVER received a key for the pool area. HORRIBLE customer service. Should have known since the very first day we walked into office and the lady was SO RUDE.

I have happily been with Tribar for several years! Ms. Journey and Ms. Denise are both always so nice and willing to assist me when needed! If I submit a work order they assign a contractor to come out as soon as possible! Keep up the excellent customer service I truly appreciate you ladies going above and beyond for tenants and homeowners!

I rented a property managed by TriBar for over 5 years and had a great experience. Kristine was always kind, professional and quick to respond to any issues I had. They worked with me on my lease arrangement when the purchase of my house kept getting pushed back. Maintenence requests were also completed in a timely manner. Their tactics follow a clear pattern: Unjustified Security Deposit Withholding – They willingly accept security deposits but later attempt to withhold them using falsified documents, receipts, and baseless damage claims. Fraudulent Charges – They fabricate fees, such as pet charges, even when no pet has ever been present. Legal Evasion – They actively avoid legal accountability by dodging service of lawsuits.
