Augusta-westdale hills

I wanted to share a couple of concerns that have been affecting the residents. First, the dumpster area has become a recurring issue. Trash often overflows and gets scattered around, creating an unsanitary environment and attracting pests. It makes the property unpleasant for residents and guests. Second, the parking situation has been difficult. Since the lot is fully open and accessible to everyone at all times, by the evening hours there are no available spaces left for actual residents. This makes it very inconvenient for those of us who live here.

Quiet area, management isnt the best. I chose not to move here based on my friends experiences. She got broken into, she had access to the pool anf the welded her gate shut. She is disabled and i felt lile it was a bogus and illegal reason. They lacked compassion when she was broken into. 900 for a loft (1b)... pass for this area. It does have 1.5 baths and lots of closet space. Also offers lots pf parking.

My phone got stolen in these apartments by some hoodlums. I encourage anyone visiting to be extremely aware. To be aware is to be alive. LOCK your cars.

Grounds are well maintained. But the children running around in the parking lot concern me.
