Verano Oaks Apartments

I often delete my comments and put them back due to Claudia helping us temporarily fix the problem me and my husband have been staying in this apartment since April and I have never been so excited for a lease to be up. When we moved here there were roaches and we reported that to the office and they told me there was an exterminator that would help and I’ve only seen her twice. The roaches have gotten so bad and I had a baby in July so now the roaches has gotten into her diaper bag. Her food. And all. The roaches are flying and they are all coming in different shapes and sizes. They live in her bottle warmer. They live in our microwave and the roaches are terrible!! There's not enough stars that I could give to Claudia. She is the absolute best. I have nothing but great things to say about her. As long as she's here, I will be here! Oh and the maintenance guy is top notch. Great team!

EDIT TO ADD: I never said I was a resident. I live a block away and can hear the obnoxious music at my house. Last night, November 23, 2025, the horrid music was blasting again for hours. So ridiculous. Who is running this complex? Very, VERY loud music played all day long. Last night when I got home at 11:15 p.m. that music was still blasting. Don't they have rules at this complex?

Claudia is very helpful and knowledgeable of the apartment complex. Need more management like her. Keep up the great work 💪
