Boulders (Hurst)

I lived at The Boulders in Hurst for three years, and this was my eighth apartment in the DFW area—easily the best one I’ve lived in. The management team, especially Melissa and Sandra, were always great, and the maintenance staff was awesome. What really stood out was that it was the same staff the entire time I lived there, which says a lot about how well the property is run. Parking was never an issue—plenty of close parking, no need to pay extra for a carport, and lots of visitor parking. The community was quiet, super dog-friendly, and I always felt safe. My neighbors were friendly and many seemed to live there long-term, which made it feel very stable. Mike the maintenance man knocks it out of the park. I have lived in service complexes over the years and this maintenance team is not typical. Ever request I put it not only gets service but they care to do above the bare minimum which is the treatment you see at most complexes. They leave detailed notes and make sure the issue is fixed fully and correctly. I am pleasantly and genuinely impressed by their level of professionalism each time. Going on 3 years here you think I would have gotten used to it by now but after so many years of subpar maintenance experiences else where it still makes me take notice.

I have lived at the Boulders for nearly five years now and love it here. I recently moved to a smaller, upgraded unit in another building and it gets so much beautiful light during the day and feels very cozy. Maintenance team is awesome and issues are resolved quickly. Melissa and Sandra in the office are also quick to address any community issues, and I’m grateful they seem dedicated to keep the community a nice place to live. The complex is very dog friendly and my girl loves her walks and there are lots of receptacles with doggy bags which make clean up effortless. Unfortunately, not everyone in the community takes advantage of the free amenity lol. I’d be pleased if in the future, management would consider a paid service for this not just for aesthetics but also for health concerns. T

As an apartment locator, I can confidently say The Boulders is a gem! The location is excellent, and it’s currently managed by Valiant Residential, a company known for maintaining their communities well and providing responsive maintenance. Highly recommend checking this one out! 🤩

I am a new resident at The Boulders and I have felt very welcome. The staff is super attentive! If I have any concerns or questions with my unit, they are more than happy to help and provide with quick service. The community is very quiet and has beautiful amenities. I feel really safe and comfortable here!
