Westchester Key Apartments

Westchester Keys is an Amazing place. The leaser Lameco Greer was the most helpful , communicative, friendly person i’ve met. She was very informative and took us step by step in our first Apartment, helped us understand what we were doing and what was best for us. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony view of the complex , new carpets , new appliances, and a very Kids safe area. It’s very well lit at night and the neighbors are the outmost sweetest. it’s a very convenient area close by to local stores , a gas station right next to the complex , and an elementary school. Lameco Greer has made our stay at best. Definitely ask for her !!!!

I moved in last July and was not impressed with the upkeep of the property, and frankly some of the residents were not the cleanest or showed no pride in where they lived. Whatever. Go to work, come home into my apartment and close the door. The apartments are solid and spacious and I loved that. New management company came in and they have been rocking and rolling. Communicating housekeeping expectations, helping develop a sense of pride within the complex, power washed the breezeways and have been hosting monthly community events at the clubhouse. It's not an overnight process, but they are making changes.

The previous management team in the office was horrible. They kept making false promises and would never care enough to contact you. Rushmore Management took over and hired a new team who cares and gets problems resolved. Greatly appreciate Ms. Lameco for resolving my 2+ months issue with previous office team within 3-4 days! She provided one of the best services and always kept me updated as promised. Ms. Lameco is a great asset to Rushmore Management. Wish they took over much sooner. Old management didn’t maintain the property but it appears the new management is making lots of efforts to improve the quality of the property so it would be worth living in. 5 stars given for Ms.Lameco!

Well that was a waste I really thought this place was gone be a great opportunity look nothing like the pictures online the complex is a lot smaller then shown online property can definitely be upgraded my mom almost went over a broken banister had to walk up to the second floor just to still have to step up just to get in to the apartment mind you it’s a apartment complex how? Idk what they asking for is too much the back of the building looks horrible a eye sore but again if you look online it’s looks so pretty the area in general looks dull and bland imagine that add i added a picture so you don’t get duped and excited for no reason like I did and a heads up this is not a rent based complex like it said online totally private owned

Lameco has been nothing less than excellent. She always called me back and never once got annoyed with the questions only I can come up with. Thank you Lameco....wish more people were like you!
