DO NOT LIVE HERE. 10 REASONS WHY. 1. The dumpster is always overfilled and there is trash absolutely everywhere. Extra smelly. 2. There are some creepy people in some of the apartments who will talk to you and make creepy comments to you. 3. Neighbors upstairs scream at his two kids constantly and screams at his video games through out the whole night its impossible to sleep. No quiet time. The lease states there is quiet time noone follows that. 4. People drive around in their trucks very loudly at night and do drugs outside. 5. If you have a leak or anything dont expect maintenance to fix it. 6. If you complain about anything they constantly ignore it. DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. We’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. When we moved in management lied to us telling us the only utility we had to pay was electric. LIE. We pay EVERYTHING. Gas, sewage, trash, A HALLWAY ELECTRICITY FEE, electric, etc so expect to pay up to $150 more than what they tell you. The windows are ANCIENT and hemorrhage heat/cold. They lied to us and told us they’d be replaced. Never happened. Electric bill for a 2 bedroom is $200-$300 per month. No smoking my ass, everyone does and management doesn’t do shit. There is shit all over the grass so if you have kids, don’t expect them to play outside. The bus stop is almost a mile away, down a dangerous hill with no sidewalks that people speed

Ive lived here previously and the previous property manager was great, no issues with him. I was interested in moving back and the people who run it now are incredibly hard to work with. No responses for inquiries and no explanations on anything. If you are looking to move I dont recommend trying to get information from them. The treatment is not the same as what it was before, I can only imagine what its like actually living there.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! My apartment was completely flooded out by a drug addict living on the 3rd floor. She damaged her apartment so bad that it flooded through to the 2nd and bottom floor. I was the bottom floor. I was forced to move out. No one from property management offered to rectify the circumstances and have lied to collections claiming I owe them even though my personal belongings were destroyed in the flood!!!! When I filed my consumer complaint Kati Brunner replied and literally every single word was a lie!!! She had the audacity to claim that my apartment never flooded and that I just skipped on the bill which I have never done in my life.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I moved in these apartments with my grandmother who does Dialysis at home. When we moved into here she told them our dishwasher didn't work and they said they would get us a new one it's been almost 6 months and still no new dishwasher. Our air conditioner unit has black mold and my grandmother can't have that due to the health issues she has and their response was we are to vacuum it ourselves. I got bit by a spider and there is eggs inside the light going out of the building and I am allergic to spider bites so the reaction I had wasn't very good. I called last Monday and left a voicemail they never called back. It is now a week later and I called and Lori picked up she told us we have to sweep the cobwebs ourselves... but how can we when the eggs are inside the light?
