Essential Home Inspection Services

My husband & I bought a house in May. We had Drew do our home inspection. He did a fantastic job! He was very personable & VERY knowledgeable of every aspect of the house. We knew exactly what we were buying & no unexpected surprises. He was truly great!!!!

OUTSTANDING! Scheduling was simple and efficient. Donna was pleasant and easy to work with. The inspector, Drew met with me at the property and spend over 1.5 -2 hours inspecting the home. Drew is a wealth of knowledge. I myself am experienced with home damage and repairs but Drew caught even more than what a trained eye would have caught. Drew climbed on the roof, climbed up in the attics and tested water supplies, electrical outlets/panels and more. Lastly, the final report was completed within 24-48 hours. I needed Drews assistance with two homes and both appointments and results were highly detailed and timely. Wouldn't trust anyone else! Great work!

Our inspector (Pat) was amazing. Walked us through every inch of our proposed home. He was extremely knowledgeable and could rattle off numbers and information and recommendations with ease. He identified quite a few fire risk hazards in future home which gave me a lot of reassurance with us bringing children into the home. He's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to what Ava loan will approve or where they will require repairs. I didn't feel he rushed AT ALL. One previous review said that they did not go on the roof I have pictures that he could have only obtained from walking on The roof. I will recommend this inspection service in the future to others.

Andrew Joseph inspected my property and turned on appliances including a jetted tub without water and left them on and running for days, he also removed dropped ceiling tiles to view above but never placed them back, when contacted he pushed off blamed and stated the appliances were broken before he inspected them and left them on. Although none of them are broken he just tried to say that in case he did break them by leaving them on, tho I hope dearly that my jetted tub doesn't break now due to this, as everyone knows running it dry causes issues or breaks it. I have it being looked at soon and will be pressing charges if so! He is now ignoring me and would not respond after I said nothing is broken and that I have video proof, completely unprofessional and ignorant

Drew did my inspection and he was so lovely to work with. He did a great job of explaining everything including his concerns to me during the inspection and his report was incredibly thorough but easy to read. Not to mention he turned it around in less than 24 hours. There were things that he caught that I would have never seen. He was also honest about what should be prioritized. Super personable guy too. I would definitely work with EHIS again.
