We moved into our new home nine months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, our experience with Schumacher Homes of Greensburg was outstanding. The Building Process & Team Our builder, Kevin Rubright, was truly excellent. Anyone lucky enough to work with him is in great hands. His communication is top-tier; he provided us with weekly updates and was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer every question and talk us through every hurdle. Every craftsman who worked on our home was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to explain their part of the process. The entire project felt very organized thanks to the clear checklists they provided, and we loved getting our weekly updates—it kept the excitement of the build alive the whole time. We built with Schumacher and moved into our home in June of 2025. Kevin was fantastic to work with. Every office staff was more than attentive and open in communication with every part of our building process. Any issues that came up were communicated and resolved in a timely manner. We were extremely happy with our experience.

We moved into our home a week ago, and are beyond happy with our Schumacher experience. The entire office staff in Greensburg was a pleasure to work with, responsive to us throughout entire process, and helped us get creative to meet all of our wants/needs in our build. Kevin our builder was the BEST! We were lucky to be on site every day, and he was responsive to any questions/concerns/updates we had throughout the whole process. We handled our own site prep and utilities, and Kevin helped make sure we stayed on timeline with our own work so nothing was delayed. The contractors hired were all professional and did excellent work. The job site stayed clean. Build broke ground mid June and we were in by Halloween. Thank you Schumacher team!

Schumacher Homes were amazing to deal with. We always felt like a top priority, throughout the whole process of having a new home built. If we had questions, they were more than happy to take the time to explain everything to us. My home was built start to finish in 4 months. So very happy with our decision to have Schumacher Homes help us achieve our dream home. I would recommend them to anyone. Our GM was spot on with every detail.

When I pulled up to the window and attempted to order a steak burger n’ chocolate shake, I was kindly informed that this is now a Schumacher Homes. The staff reoriented me to time and place, and shared their CEO’s secret burger seasoning blend to calm me. When I got home, I created the mix in my kitchen, and gently crafted my own burger. (I did sign an NDA, but I can share this: the secret ingredient is love). I called them back, having forgotten to solve my milkshake problem, and was given clear instructions for making a shake sans-blender. I’ll never yearn for steak n’ shake again.
