We rented with Freid-El for 3 years. They were extremely helpful and flexible from helping us find a place that best suited us to assisting with out walk out/refund procedure. Living there was really nice. Plenty of space and you're allowed to make the place feel like yours by hanging things to wall and even painting them. Their maintenance staff was very quick and communicative to allow for easy fixes.

I rented with Freid-El for about 4 years and don't have a bad thing to say about the property I rented nor the company in general. Everybody that I encountered from the leasing staff to the maintenance team was professional, thorough, transparent, and helpful. Rebecca in leasing office answered all my questions as soon as received, all maintenance queries were handled by Brian and the team expertly. The rent was fair, the management was appropriate, and the experience overall was great. The online portal for paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, etc., work seamlessly and enhance the experience. This is a great company to rent from, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone in need!

I had a great experience renting here. I lived in the Helman St apartment building in Youngwood. It is quiet, only 5 units in the building. There is always parking avaliable which is a plus. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Rebecca responds to all emails in a friendly and timely manner as well. Rent is reasonable for todays prices. Definitely recommend!

I have lived at Freid El properties twice now and had a great experience. They were great to communicate with from the beginning. Rebecca always responded to my emails with questions or concerns very quickly. I also had a great experience with the maintenance staff, who always responded quickly and were so kind. I enjoyed living in the West Point townhomes and really appreciated having a nice place to live with my dog.

I rented for a short period of time (1.5 years) and during my time at the property it was a nice, quiet, safe, enjoyable stay. The area is nice & kid friendly. Maintenance handled any concerns same day with no issues. Landlord/property manager made my experience here easy and smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
