Townhouses on Brown Ave greensburg Jim owner. Me and my husband lived here a long time awesome landlord fun, personable, easy to talk to , wouldn't just walk in on you . Wouldn't steal ur stuff . If he needed to see you or talk to you or someone was coming over he'd let you know . It's beautiful inside to . No problems what so ever. This is the way it should be . And a total fun land lord. We absolutely love our townhouse apartment here at Trotwood Manor. Such a beautiful area. The neighbors are very friendly. Nice area to walk around the neighborhood. Very close to businesses as well as interstate highway and turnpike. Management and maintenance take good care of everyone always. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Recently renewed my lease after being here for a year. Definitely one of my favorite places I've lived. The leasing/management/maintanence team are all professional, friendly, and attentive. I love that the apartments are on a quiet road with not much thru traffic. Ample parking for guests, assigned parking for resident. Pet friendly. Nice wooded area around where you can see wildlife - deer, chipmunks, groundhog, squirrels, birds.... My cat certainly loves the view lol.

It’s quite simple Cabin Hill is my HOME. The team here at Cabin Hill Drive takes the kind of pride that I would take in my home if I were a property owner. They take great pride in the outside appearance of my home and help me in a timely fashion to maintain the inside of my home to the standards that I wish to live.

These townhomes are great to rent and live in. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Working with the office staff is pleasant and never an issue. Jennifer is quick to resolve housing issues and the maintenance staff is quick to respond and fix the problem. I'd recommend these townhomes to anyone!!
