The townhouses are nice but the manager is very rude. You have 12 hours to pay your rent or they charge you a late fee. Buyer beware because she will mislead you. Would never do business with them again. Thank you for replying. I would love to share my concern. How do I get in contract with you?

Units are nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Unfortunately, Robin, the property manager is rude and very hard to talk to. They disallowed tenants to grill on back porches or driveways and even went around to take the grills if we didn’t get rid of them. Beware, maintenance enters your home without notice. Neighbors have expressed similar complaints. Highly recommended looking elsewhere in the area. Money hungry management with lack of regard and care for tenants. Astronomical break lease fees. You’ll see similar reviews sharing the same frustrations. I really hopes his helps anyone looking for places in the Greensburg/Hempfield area.

Two things you want in a business and landlord are honesty and integrity. Unfortunately you'll find neither here. I signed a 12-month lease for an additional $100/month penalty but was told I'd have the option to extend month to month, for up to 4-5 months for an additional $100 on top of that. Now it's apparently changed and rates are higher. AR Building is the owner of this property. Interestingly, they have a lawsuit against them in PA for similar complaints! Look it up, it's not hard to find. Accused of multiple things - similar to some of the complaints seen in other reviews. I'd recommend reading other newer reviews. Know what you're getting into! They also own other properties in the area.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I applied for a Unit and told Robin about my credit situation and assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem and she could override it. We applied and paid $400 in application fees and were denied. Robin said to give her a day and she would override everything for us as we demanded the fees back. Two days later no override and no refund of the fees. Robin will not respond to emails calls or texts. She knew she wasn’t going to override us from the start and yet had us pay $500 in outrageous fees for nothing. What a scam!! After reading the reviews on here though I’m glad we didn’t get approved because it sounds like somewhere I wouldn’t want my family living. Renters beware before applying!!!

I have lived at Oak Ridge Estates for almost 8 years now and it has been a really nice place to live. It’s beautifully landscaped quiet, conveniently located to numerous shops and restaurants, and I’ve had the best neighbors. It’s really nice to see people walking with their families, jogging, or walking their pets. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know the property manager, Robin. She has been wonderful to me, helping me out with the renters insurance and my lease, as I am not great with the computer. She really has the patience of a saint. Although the instances have been rare when I’ve needed the maintenance department, she has made sure they respond in a timely fashion. Oak Ridge Estates is a great place to live for people who are single, for couples, for families
