West Brook Place

This place is a joke! Maintenance never gets anything done and management is never in the office so they never answer their phones. Trash is always through the apartment and it takes forever for them to come pick the trash up. My lease was up in July and we did a walk through and checked the things I was going to get charged for which was only blinds for 4 rooms, I received a letter in the mail stating I’m getting charged for carpet stains and carpet stretching AFTER we did the walk through and was only told I was getting charged for blinds. I had 6 carpet stains which were pea size stains, there is no way I should be getting charged for carpet stains when the carpet has to be shampooed after moving out which is normal wear and tear. This place is horrible! They allow the elderly to live in unsafe conditions with leaking ceilings and black mold. Maintenance refuses to fix the situation and office is next to impossible to get in contact with. BEWARE YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!

Horrible people took my money, denied me and told me not to come back. Why are people so bad in this world. There’s really people who need housing. You took over $100 in app fee from me and denied me for no reason at all! I will never get my money back and that money could have went to diapers and food for my children shame on you people you know what you are doing!
