Welleby Lake Club Apartments

As a woman, I didn’t feel safe. There were often random people fishing in the lake — even though the signs clearly state it’s not allowed — and management did nothing about it. The gate at the entrance was broken most of the time. A few times, we even received “Warning” emails from the office about strange cars speeding through the community. You have to walk on grass full of animal feces (from ducks, birds, and dogs); that area is not well maintained or clean. Regarding “renovations,” they charged me $500 for so-called “damages” that were actually due to poor-quality and old equipment in the apartment causing scratches. I love the community and the everyone one in it. The office is amazing and the maintenance team are so pleasant especially Juan. Juan is very professional and an amazing person. Always has a smile and willing to help at any moment. Its a true pleasure to be apart of the community.

Great experience living here! The maintenance team is super responsive and always fixes issues promptly. The building is quiet and well-maintained, making it a nice place to live.
