Atwater Apartment Homes

I’m currently in the process of moving, and this property was one I was interested in for several reasons. First, for me it’s very close to my job, second it’s right around the corner from Amerant Bank Arena, where I often am, and lastly it’s still in the city Sunrise and near all my friends. The property caught my attention with the lake side units, and ample space in most units. I also love the layout of the complex, each unit higher than the first floor having an outside step walking up to the main entrance. The property is well maintained and clean. The very large swimming pool and sun deck is surely a sight. It’s beautiful and very spacious, and I was told the keep their pools open till 10pm! (Most properties I’ve visited, even where I live now, closes at sun down.) I was given a tour

I truly enjoyed living here. The property is beautiful, with lots of trees that provide great shade and a peaceful walking path away from traffic and moving cars. It really feels calm and relaxing. The only downside is that being next to the lake brings a lot of ducks and iguanas, which means there can be quite a bit of droppings around the property. That can be inconvenient at times. The service team is awesome — always smiling, greeting residents, and very respectful. Maintenance tickets are handled quickly, and if they’re unable to complete something the same day, they actually stop by to let you know and explain they’ll return the following day. That level of communication is appreciated. The pool is always clean, and the team makes sure everything is up to date and well maintained. Oc

Lived here for a year. Beautiful experience, never a problem. Only reason moving is because of relocating. Extremely friendly staff, good amenities, and a beautiful community, with Welleby park walking distance. Thank you for the memories!

I’ve been living at Atwater for some time now and I absolutely love it here. The leasing office team is absolutely phenomenal, they go above and beyond to help their residents. The Maintence team is amazing Danny and Duran such a superb team! They are quick to respond to requests. 10/10 recommend at water! Love it here

I’ve been living at Atwater for a couple of months and my experience has been amazing. The entire front office is very attentive and helpful, especially Kianna. Kianna was very kind to me and helped me every step of the way. Maintenance has been a breeze to work with as well. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a safe and enjoyable community with great amenities.
