Sereno Apartments

I just moved in and am so happy to call Sereno my new home! Everything is beautifully put together, and the apartments are spacious, warm, and thoughtfully designed. You can truly feel the care that went into creating this community. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carinna, and she made the entire experience exceptional. She is truly a ray of sunshine. So incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. From the very first tour to move-in day, she went above and beyond to answer every question and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. Worked with Carinna made finding our first apartment so much less stressful! As newcomers to the city, we had no idea where to start, but they listened to our needs (budget, location), sent us perfect matches right away, and scheduled viewings super flexibly around our work schedules. They were always quick to respond to texts/emails, explained lease terms clearly, and even negotiated a lower security deposit for us. We moved in smoothly and love the place—highly recommend Carinna if you're apartment hunting!

I was looking forward to living at these beautiful apartments but unfortunately due to family issues it prevented us from moving in after we signed the lease. Carinna and staff were so understanding and attentive to us during the process and accommodated us during the process. I can’t say enough good things about the management at Sereno. You can really tell management takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized. Carinna was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process.
