I had an amazing experience with the property manager Lisette Guzman. She is very responsive and professional. Lender requests are handled quickly, and communication is clear and consistent. Lissette was solely responsible in helping one of my clients save a purchase of one of the condominiums and avoid losing their deposit. Highly recommend this management company for any condo community and specially dealing directly with Lisette Guzman, she is awesome!. I may hire her to work for me, she is beyond competent and knowledgeable.

I have been a client of Miami Management for over 25 years, as a resident of Sunset Bay, formerly known as Patio Homes in Residences of Sawgrass.
