The management here has been extremely unresponsive, no one answers calls or follows up on questions or concerns! They charge but nobody picks up the phone! About three months ago, they removed the children’s playground without any prior notice, which negatively affects families and may even reduce property values. To date, there is still no clear timeline for replacement. In addition there are items in the budget appear overpriced, yet residents are not seeing meaningful results for these expenses. Greater transparency and communication are urgently needed!

I attended the first Zoom webinar presented by, “Dana Hizkiya, Chief Executive Officer | NGMA” Guest Legal Council Spoke to the 718 statutes on assessments in CONDO world. Dana was on top of each and every comment and spoke to them frequently with the voice of authority that is sadly missing from most webinars. I’m a 35 year veteran real estate broker Volunteering for processing of sales and rentals in our 254 unit condominium association. Serving on numerous committees.
