Living in Sunrise View has been nothing short of an amazing experience, and I can say with confidence that this community deserves a full 5-star rating. From the moment you arrive, the neighborhood feels warm, safe, and inviting. The streets and common areas are always clean and beautifully maintained, which shows the care and pride that goes into keeping the community at its best. The overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for families, professionals, and retirees alike.

After visiting this apartments complex I decided to live here. What amazed me the most it is the amazing well maintenance of this properties. Meeting one of the best professionals at maintenance team Yoan Parra that I know from previous maintenance jobs and I highly recommend because of his expertise of his caring job. recently moved into Sunrise Lakes View, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The complex is clean, well-kept, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. From the beginning, everything went smoothly, and the staff made the whole process stress-free. A special thank you to Kristen—she went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move-in. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel welcomed right away. I’m so glad I chose Sunrise Lakes View as my new home—it’s a wonderful place to live with amazing staff to match!

Nice place to live, close to my work, clean and well kept complex, neighbors are quiet. Location is GREAT, off University, close to many shops and about 15 min from Sawgrass Mills. Management is responsive, big shoutout to Mr. Parra from maintenance (he’s super quick and efficient. Fixed my AC vent leak the same morning I had the issue and he’s been fast to help fix other small problems, clogs, dryer, etc)

Living at Sunrise Lake Views has been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management and maintenance are responsive, and they are continuously improving the property. Highly recommend!
