Good on the budget as they are very affordable. Small but like I said you can’t beat it for the price. They do have roaches so you do have to be on top of your cleaning. With boric acid and being clean, you can manage. Neighborhood not bad to me, I’ve never had any problems or concerns. Management is very nice. I’ve moved out a while back but it definitely serves it’s purpose and I was satisfied
It's usually a quiet place at night and during the day. It's also going through renovations.amd they don't look to bad for the price and close to the highway and downtown area of Petersburg
Rent is reasonable. Not too much noise. Office/Landlord very professional
Not really a good area.. lots of drug dealing going on. No thanks
Very nice apartment but had a pest problem
