Wouldn’t recommend, maintenance is a joke they don’t really fix things, act like they are going to come back and just mark work as completed my pipes been leaking as well as leaking from my kitchen ceiling. Management seems racist, it was reported a kid had a gun and of course me with the black kid was accused and not the white kid who actually had it. For 2500 plus a month you can definitely find better!
We have called Weatherstone our home for 11 years. It is a very quiet community. The grounds are well kept and the pool is nice. The office staff, Cookie and Jacqueline are amazing. Cookie has become a friend to the family. Jacqueline has come in with force. She is prompt in getting work orders resolved. We are now able to enjoy our back patio and BBQ now that she was able to get the trees cut back. It looks amazing. We can not forget the maintenance crew. Justin and Martez are friendly and hard working. Outstanding job Weatherstone.
The maintenance team is too notch!! I have worked in leasing before and I know how important it is to have a good turn-around time for requests. They are very timely and respectful. Personable and quick!
I’ve toured so many places in Southfield recently that my expectations were basically on life support. I walked into Weatherstone Luxury Townhomes like, “Alright, let’s speedrun this tour so I can go eat.” And then Jackie appeared with that smile. Her smile literally felt like walking into a house where someone just baked cookies. Warm. Cozy. Calming. Like the emotional equivalent of a soft blanket fresh out of the dryer. I wasn’t prepared for that level of peace in a leasing office. At all. What threw me off the most is how normal she is, in the best possible way. No corporate glitching. No fake cheeriness. These are definitely luxury homes...bigger than the average house. spacious and very comfortable, the finished basement is very nice with patio door
