Cranbrook Centre Apartments

Cranbrook Centre a place where you want to live. My husband and I lived at Granbrook for one year, and I can confidently say it was a great experience. I was truly happy with my decision to make this place our home. Our manager, Regina, was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. The rest of the staff were also friendly and supportive. Whenever something needed fixing in our apartment, maintenance responded within just a few hours. I really appreciated how fast and professional they were — it made us feel well taken care of. Granbrook is a quiet and peaceful community. The location is also fantastic - just two minutes from Target, McDonald's, and a car wash, which is super convenient. Another big plus is the covered parking - no stress about where to leave your car. If

I have to say every game night the property manager Regina put on is always a lot of fun. She’s a hands on deck manager and she makes sure building a community is #1 priority. Thank you Regina for caring about the people in this community and always willing to help whenever possible. You are amazing. Keep up the good work.

First I want to acknowledge how Kenita was beyond amazing to work with from start to finish.. she’s the kind of property manager who doesn’t change her momentum and handles everything in a very professional manner. She worked that office by herself when I came in you would’ve thought it was a team in there helping her no, just her handling business! The apartments are clean, very spacious, exactly what they say they are. The environment is quiet and chill comfortable and safe! All in all, this will be my most memorable experience when it come down to apartment shopping. As someone who have to have things a certain way for the sake of my profile and occupation I’m very particular who I deal with and where I lay. This is by far a GREAT place if you’re looking for any of what I just mentioned

Regina was nothing short of AMAZING. I'd recently moved somewhere and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move again within the same month. Needless to say by the time I walked into Cranbrook Centre Apartments I was a wreck. She took over the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. She's definitely on my Christmas list.

A beautiful complex, clearly taken care of in a great neighborhood. Regina is an amazing property manager and goes above and beyond. Very patient, understanding and helpful. Immediately assisted me with an issue and just went beyond the scope of what was expected. Just got my apartment and very excited to join the community.
