Five stars for my agent. Overall, it was fine It was originally a one-star rating. They called. My main concern was the numerous hidden fees associated with the closing property. I checked and it was indeed the title company that was charging, so I changed the rating stars because. I felt that the agent's documentation was more important than showing the property. The overall process was quite fast. I just wanted to find investment property quickly, and I only saw four properties, which was completed within a week, so I felt I wasn't too difficult. The $37,300 property ultimately cost $42,748. There wasn't much of an experience at this price point; as a contractor myself, I know what kind of property to look at. Currently, renovating a property around $100,000 might be more cost-effectiv
