I visit my elderly mother often at Imperial Apartments in Southfield, and we've both been very happy with the community. She really enjoys spending time at the outdoor pool and loves the convenience of the on-site store for picking up small items. The staff here are wonderful in the office — always professional and friendly. Amanda, in particular, stands out. Even when my mom is a little late on her rent, Amanda speaks with her respectfully and with a kind, understanding attitude. It's always a pleasure interacting with her. Overall, it's a warm, welcoming place, and I feel confident knowing my mom is in a safe and caring environment where she feels at home.

One of the best features of Imperial Apartments is the gated community access, which really adds a strong sense of safety and privacy. Knowing that the entrance is secure gives me peace of mind every day. I also appreciate the K9 security patrols—they’re a great addition that shows management is serious about resident safety. It’s clear they’re taking proactive steps to keep the community protected and comfortable for everyone. Plus, Amanda in the office is always a pleasure to work with. She’s friendly, helpful, and makes the whole process smooth whenever I need assistance. I recently moved into Imperial Apartments and I’ve been really happy with my decision. One of the best parts of the property is the small parks — my son loves playing outside, and it’s nice to have peaceful green spaces right in the community. What really stands out, though, is the recent change in management. You can tell things are being run much better now. The new office staff is more responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Amanda, in particular, has been amazing. She’s respectful, understanding, and always takes the time to explain things clearly.
