Absolute Clown! Don’t let the suit fool you. Classic example of why the profession takes 2 weeks to be licensed. Seller even called me to apologize regarding the transaction prior to closing. Communication brutal from start to finish. Played both sides against each other then claimed to be “business man” Pulled the classic line of several people in the process. Buyer & Seller beware!! Buyer make sure you have your own representation!!
